Exhibitor registration ends June 19, 2024.

On-site registration for attendees will be available.

Refund Policy

Registration fees are refundable, less a 25 percent processing fee, until June 30^th.

After June 30th, registration fees are refundable, less a 50 percent processing fee, until July 12th.

After July 12^th, registration fees are non-refundable, but are transferable for the same year conference.

IMPORTANT: SAT Membership is valid for the calendar year in which it was paid, January - December. If you have not paid membership dues in 2024, you are not a current member. Double-check your membership status prior to registration. If you select member and are not current, you will be billed for the Expired/Non Member Participant fee of $425.00.
